J.D. is a credit and residential mortgage expert whose rich and varied life experience distinguishes him from other loan officers. He has been a mortgage specialist for 10 years. He earned his MBA from the College of William and Mary, where he was a State Scholar and was named the Provost Fellow. J.D. is an “Accredited Mortgage Banker” (AMB) in the State of Virginia. J.D. is active in the local community, and is a long time member, and former President of the Rotary Club of Norfolk. Prior to his mortgage career, J.D is particularly proud that he was both a Marine Corps Captain and a Navy Captain, flying helicopters for over 20 years.
